The Exciting New 2020 Hyundai Palisade

Hit the road in the exciting new 2020 Hyundai Palisade! Equipped with a third row seat and the latest safety and technology innovations, the Palisade offers plenty of comfort and space for passengers and cargo alike. The new Hyundai Palisade replaces the previous Santa Fe XL, improving on standard features, space, seating, and overall comfort. The Palisade has a spacious interior, large cargo area that easily expands, and an infotainment system that’s simple to use, which promises to please the most discerning drivers and passengers. Offering loads of driver-assist and safety technology, three spacious rows of seating, and distinctive styling, the Hyundai Palisade makes a bold statement. Read on to find out what you need to know about the new 2020 Hyundai Palisade.

The 2020 Hyundai Palisade has three available trim options: SE, SEL, and Limited. Standard equipment for the base model includes rear parking sensors, remote keyless entry, push-button ignition, power-folding second-row bench seats, 60/40-split folding third-row seats, an 8-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and USB ports in the front and back. The Limited trim has every bell and whistle a driver could want; some of the high points include heated and ventilated first and second rows, Nappa leather seating, a 12-speaker audio system, and a faux-suede headliner.

The 2020 Hyundai Palisade comfortably seats eight. Each trim level comes standard with a 3.8-liter V6 engine with 291 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, and all-wheel drive is an option. For a sportier feel, drivers can manually shift the transmission using paddles mounted on the steering wheel. The Palisade can also tow up to 5,000 pounds, and comes equipped with trailer pre-wiring, sway control, and a transmission cooler.

While powerful and comfortable, drivers will find that the new Hyundai Palisade is also affordable. Driving through the city, the Palisade gets 19 miles per gallon and 26 miles per gallon on the highway. All-wheel drive models still get 19 miles per gallon in the city but drop to 24 miles per gallon on the highway. The SE’s pricing starts at $32,595. The SEL’s pricing starts at $34,545. The Limited’s pricing starts at $45,745. Many consumers select the Limited trim option and add the all-wheel-drive upgrade for an additional $1,700.

The Palisade’s safety results haven’t been issued by the National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration yet. However, the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety has named the 2020 Hyundai Palisade a Top Safety Pick. You’ll find standard safety equipment found on every Palisade. Every trim also allows you to add advanced safety systems. Safety high points include standard lane-keeping assist, standard forward-collision avoidance, and standard adaptive cruise control. Selecting a Hyundai Palisade means you’ll be choosing a vehicle with one of the best warranties available. Its limited warranty covers either five years or 60,000 miles. You’ll also find a powertrain warranty covering ten years or 100,000 miles.
